Case: Rótulo Tech was offered to Higifarma (Portugal), Basimóvel was sold to Brasil Brokers and which in turn made an IPO on Bovespa, Dover-Roll was offered to Clorox (USA) and at the last moment there was a withdrawal of the sale process and Grupo Marsans Brasil was sold to GFD Investimentos.
